Almost every booking goes exactly as planned. Even so, we want you to pay with peace of mind. That is why every booking with vakantiezeeland.com is covered by the Stay Guarantee.

What you are covered for

You book a holiday home and pay us. If the owner of that home then becomes insolvent and your stay cannot go ahead, you are not left empty-handed.

We first look for an equivalent alternative within our portfolio in Zeeland, for the same period and at no extra cost. If that is not possible, or it does not suit you, you get back the amount you paid us — up to € 3,500 per booking.

You pay us, not the owner directly. We hold your money until shortly before your arrival.

We are based in Zeeland ourselves and know every home in our portfolio personally.

What it costs

The security and guarantee fee is charged once per booking and depends on the size of your group. You will see the amount in the price summary before you complete your booking.

Good to know

The Stay Guarantee covers the loss of your accommodation through insolvency of the owner. It is not cancellation insurance: if you cancel yourself, or illness keeps you from travelling, it does not apply. Take out travel or cancellation insurance for that.

The guarantee applies to amounts you have paid to us. Deposits, tourist tax and costs you settle on site fall outside it. If you cancel, the security and guarantee fee is not refunded.

Let us know within fourteen days if something goes wrong, so we can get to work for you straight away.
