You can rent this beautiful, spacious group accommodation for up to 46 people in Brouwershaven, only 300 yards from Lake Grevelingen. You will have a fantastic vacation with your family or group of friends, because you have the entire accommodation for your group alone. The group accommodation itself has nine bedrooms for 36 people, if you want more people then motel rooms can be rented also.

There is a large recreation room with plenty of seating and a professional restaurant kitchen, so you can easily cook for a large group. Around the accommodation, there are several cozy terraces, a barbecue, table tennis, playground, soccer field, and volleyball field.
Brouwershaven has a unique character and has a number of beautiful monuments and a protected cityscape, but also has a cozy center with several restaurants. You are only 300 yards away from Lake Grevelingen, the purest salt water lake in Europe, where you can practice various water sports. Brouwershaven is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, such as divers, and there is also a professional drying installation at the accommodation.

Lay-out

On the ground floor you will find a large recreation room, with satellite-TV, radio and CD-player with stereo set, CH, gas heater and free internet. On the empty space (can be reached through a spiral staircase) you will find a cosy sitting area with TV and DVD-player. Fully equipped professional catering kitchen with amongst others microwave, stove (eight rings), cooker, grill, dishwasher, mixer, coffee-maker, toaster, juicer, baking in a bain-marie, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, …

The group accommodation has nine bedrooms, with four single beds each. There are three bathrooms: one for men, one for ladies, one for disabled persons.

Outside you will find a garden (not fenced-off) with various furnished terraces, BBQ and private parking place. Outside you will also find a playground, table tennis table, soccer field and volleyball field.

More than 36 persons? No problem! Next to the group accommodation you will find four motel rooms, three with two beds and one with four beds. These motel rooms have their own entrance and private bathroom.

Renesse
A wonderful coastal city which offers cosiness, a dazzling nightlife, trendy shops and sunny terraces. Renesse is not only wonderful in Summer, but in Spring and Autumn as well. Many restaurants offer absolutely delicious fresh mussels, Oosterschelde lobster and many other regional products. Renesse is a perfect place for horse lovers. You can rent horses and make a ride through forests, dunes, along the beach.

Zierikzee
Schouwen-Duiveland offers many cosy, characteristic villages and cities. Most of them have preserved their authentic characteristics. Zierikzee, capital city of the island, has definitely benefitted from trade, industry and fishing and is characterized by a rich history, expressed in the many historic buildings. You will definitely appreciate the Poortencomplex, the Big Church, the thick tower and the marina. Above all, Zierikzee is a cosy city with many terraces and shops.

Flood museum Ouwerkerk
You should definitely visit the Flood Museum in Ouwerkerk. It gives you an impression of the flood disaster of 1953, which marked the history of Zeeland and the Netherlands. As a result of this disaster, the Deltaplan was developed. The southern part of the island Tholen suffered the most during the disaster, most people died in Stavenisse.

Deltapark Neeltje Jans
To avoid another flood disaster the Delta Works have been developed. Deltapark Neeltje Jans will give you an impression of the power of the sea. It’s not only about technique, there is a sea lion show, an aquarium and a water park as well. There is something for everybody. For both young and old.

    De aparte zithoek is zeer gezellig. De keuken is prima uitgerust voor een grote groep. Het lokaal om schoenen en jassen weg te bergen is heel handig. Het is er rustig (november).
