The house is located in the center of Sluis, on a not too busy street. The shopping street is on the other side of the water. Garden with sun exposure and maximum privacy. With a private garage in the back of the garden.

The house is a country house. Located within cycling distance of Bruges, Knokke and the beach of Cadzand with beautiful cycling routes there.
